TERMS OF SERVICE :
• Payments are to be paid upfront before starting the work.• Once commission has been accepted and the invoice has been paid, there will be no refund.• Clients may no longer request for cancellation after payment has been recieved.• All commercial use will be 2 times normal rates.• Revisions made during sketch phase will be free of charge, any revision made during line art or coloring phase will be charged $10/revision.• You are not allowed to re-sell my artworks or adoptables for profit, however you are allowed to gift the commissioned artwork to someone else.• I retain my rights to my illustrations and may use them however I wish.• Should the client decided to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.• By commissioning me, the Client hereby agrees to all Terms and Conditions stated above and understands that they will only receive a digital illustration sent by email and will not receive any physical item or illustration.

Personal use : Profile Icon, Banners, Character Sheets, Song Cover Art (Non-monetized), Game Assets (free game or non-monetized game)
Commercial use : PNGTubers, Streaming Assets, Merchandises, Song Cover Art (monetized), Book Covers, Game Assets (paid product or monetized game)
